Roof structures
2002 was the actual start of what resulted in the roofed staging systems. In association with the Greek distributor, a New Year's project was developed in the Syntagma square (Athens central square). The result was an impressive, transparent and curved trussing roof structure with eye-shaped front and rear projection screens. Nothing but standard ALC Truss items of course!
Further development (more efficient build up, etc.) led to the actual offer of tunnel-shaped staging systems.
The main features of the tunnel-shaped roof structures are:
- Combination of standard S-60 truss items and L-50 ladder trussing
- Modular stage depth in steps of about 4m (+ basic depth of 1m)
- 2 standard sizes : 16m and 20m (basis setups : 16x9 / 16x13 / 20x13 / 20x17m)
- Aluminium structure to be fitted on a Layher scaffolding floor system
